Saholic.com, Spice* Group’s online retail store which offers Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops & Accessories, has introduced an 'On Time Guarantee' feature through which Saholic will commits delivery time for products ordered online, failing which the customer will be compensated for every day of delay. As a part of the offer, Saholic will compensate for the delay in the form of Gift Vouchers at the rate of Rs. 50 per business day upto maximum of Rs 500 or upto 10% of the product value whichever is lower. Customers will be able to redeem the gift vouchers for any product or Mobile/DTH recharge on Saholic.com without a limit. Note that the offer is valid on all Mobiles, Cameras, Laptops, Tablets and Accessories above Rs. 2000 in value, and cash on delivery orders are not eligible. The company claims that it has built a robust infrastructure to accurately track every order end to end, and that its experience with procurement and logistics drawn from more than 850 Spice Hotspot retail outlets allows it to accurately forecast delivery timelines. It also states that it has been working closely with delivery partners to enable checks and balances and ensure timely delivery.
