Seventynine, the mobile ad-network recently acquired by Networkplay, has appointed Jatin Kapoor as the International Sales Head for the company. He will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation from the International market focusing on markets like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and UAE. Kapoor will report to Deven Dharamdasani & Chirag Shah, co-founder seventynine.mobi. Prior to joining Seventynine, Kapoor worked with Ozone Media as a Sr. Manager - Leading APAC & ME region for just ten months. He has also worked with Zapak Digital Entertainment Ltd as a Senior Manager - Digital Sales, at Indiatimes.com as a Manager - Digital Sales, among others. **** SeventyMM, the online movie rental business which later diversified into e-commerce, has appointed Bhawna Agarwal as its new Chief Executive Officer. Agarwal will be taking over this role from the erstwhile CEO Mudit Khosla and will be responsible for the company's overall strategy and direction. It is currently not clear as to where the former CEO Mudit Khosla is headed next. Prior to this appointment, Agarwal was serving as SeventyMM's Chief Operating Officer (COO), wherein she apparently played a key role in the company's switch to e-commerce business. Before the SeventyMM stint, Agarwal was a founding member of the Yatra.com's management team and served as Yatra's vice president for more than four and half years. Besides this, she's also had stints at Times Internet Limited and Rediff.com. (By Apurva Chaudhary and Vikas SN)
