Times Business Solutions' property listing portal MagicBricks, has relaunched its Home Decor section to offer information and local resources related to home furnishing and home improvement. The company had launched the section in May 2012 and was previously offering products and services across various categories like furnishings, interior design, moving, renovation, security and Vastu among others, as indicated by an EFYTimes report. It also claimed to offer news, views and insights across five home improvement categories. Offering In the current avatar, MagicBricks claims to offer articles across 16 home improvement categories including Paints, Walls, Flooring, Lights, Fabric & Linen, Home Security, Furniture & Fixtures, Accessories, Kitchen and Vaastu - Feng Shui among others. It also offers various home styling ideas based on themes and trends, seasons and festivals and space management and do it yourself (DIY) projects. When we checked, we noticed that the homepage showcases articles from various sections mentioned above. Users can click on any of the featured articles to read it further or click on any specific category in the navigation bar to browse through articles in that category. We also noticed that each article listing offers various social media buttons to share the article via email, Facebook and Twitter or to add it to one of their boards in Pinterest. There is also a keyword based search box to allow users to search for articles on any specific topic.
