Web domain and hosting service provider Net 4 India has reported a Profit After Tax of Rs 5.96 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2012, registering a 7.16% decline from Rs 6.42 crore (pdf) in the previous quarter and a 37.46% decline from Rs 9.53 crore profit reported in the same quarter last year. Profit Before Tax decreased to Rs 8.83 crore for the quarter, down 6.95% from Rs 9.49 crore in the previous quarter and down 37.38% from Rs 14.10 crore profit reported in the same quarter last year. The company reported total income of Rs 117.05 crore for the quarter, a 19.29% increase from Rs 98.12 crore revenues in the previous quarter and a marginal 0.28% increase from Rs 116.72 crore revenues in Q2 FY12. Net 4′s Basic and Diluted EPS decreased to Rs 2.97 from Rs 3.20 per share quarter on quarter, on a consolidated basis. The company reported domestic sales of Rs 211.45 crore and overseas market sales of Rs 3.71 crore during the quarter, as compared to domestic sales of Rs 95.64 crore and overseas sales of Rs 2.48 crore in the previous quarter and domestic sales of Rs 186.89 crore and overseas market sales of Rs 6.03 crore during the same quarter last year.
