Airtel DTH Partners Aakash Institute To Offer Entrance Exam Coaching

Aakash Educational Services Limited has partnered with DTH service provider, Bharti Airtel’s Airtel digital TV, for providing coaching services through its interactive service, iExam, . Currently, the service provides one year test series courses for medical entrance exams - for the aspirants of Class XI, XII; medical entrance exams viz. NEET (AIPMT), AIIMS, and other medical entrance exams for 2013. The course commenced in July and will run till April/May 2013. The company also plans to include entrance courses for engineering enthusiasts. To subscribe to this course existing Airtel Digital TV subscribers need to SMS ADD MED 54325 from the registered mobile number. Airtel subscribers can access Aakash's medical cources on iExam on channel #106. The course features includes quick recap of the topic for brush-up, 40 questions per day (10 questions in each subject viz. Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Physics) in each exam/test on weekdays, a test paper containing 60 questions on the topic(s) covered in a month on Sundays, performance analysis on the spot on TV, complete analysis about timings and accuracy, all India rank for students who take the tests, answer and solution for each question, and a free sample trial is provided. Airtel had launched iExam, earlier this year, offering coaching modules, mock and practice tests to students preparing for competitive exams. The company had partnered with several coaching centres across the country for this initiative and the service offered engineering test content for AIEEE, IIT and various state level entrance exams through various packages starting at Rs 49/week.
