Yebhi.com, an eCommerce store operated by Bigshoebazaar, has announced that it has acquired stylishyou.in, a fashion jewellery e-retail company.While the exact monetary details of the deal have not been disclosed, it comprises of cash & equity. Yebhi.com will also acquire the merchandising team of Stylishyou.in as a part of this deal, and would now include the site's inventory across designer and branded jewellery, and all the products available on stylishyou.in will now be available on Yebhi.com, according to the company. At the time of writing this post, we couldn't access stylishyou.in nor could we locate them on Facebook, even though we had previously spotted their fan page. Founded by Shraddha Dadani in 2011, Stylishyou.in is an ecommerce site focused on Jewellery and style accessories. At the time of writing this, it is not clear at what position Shraddha Dadani will be joining Yebhi.com. Update: Yebhi told MediaNama that Shraddha Dadani will be joining Yebhi as Head of Jewelry. Yebhi.com, which was founded in 2009, re-branded its consumer facing portal from Bigshoebazaar, and has since then expanded its product offerings to include lifestyle categories. Presently, Yebhi.com catalogs over 150 brands and the site and claims to receive 3,00,000 visitors a day. In July 2011, Bigshoebazar raised Rs 40 crore in a Series-B funding round from Nexus Venture Partners and Catamaran Ventures, an investment company backed by Infosys Chairman, NR Narayana Murthy. Prior to that, Bigshoebazar had raised Rs 10 crore from Nexus Venture Partners.
