Ozone Media, the internet advertising network, is entering the mobile advertising space, starting with a deal with Times Internet Limited (Indiatimes*) as their exclusive sales partners for IPL 2012 WAP, Android and Blackberry Applications. Times Internet Limited which has the IPL 2012 global rights for the Internet, Mobile and Radio. It has projected 4 million unique audiences totaling to 80 million impressions for IPL5 on mobile. Indiatimes has an existing relationship with Ozone Media for display advertising. Ozone Media intends to offer 360 Degree solutions to brands in the mobile space including development of content (App development, Creating Mobile Destinations for Brands) and support with the mobile ad-network on performance driven campaigns(CPM, Rich Media ,CPC, CPD). As part of the mobile advertising solutions, Ozone will offer capabilities for identifying target audience/markets and budgets, planning the campaign to reach the identified audience, monitoring for optimization and post delivery analysis. According to the company, the targeting capabilities of its mobile ad network can be tuned to platforms (iOS, Symbian, Android, Windows), Network Operators (Vodafone, Tata Indicom, Reliance, Docomo, Airtel), Handset manufacturers, location specific, mobile wapsite/apps and in touch screen and video streaming. With a foray in the mobile ads space, Ozone would be competing with players like Affle, Celltick which launched its Indian operations in November last year; Netcore which acquired Ravience last October, InMobi, VServ.mobi, Komli, Blyk, and Flytxt.
