BSB, the joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and Japanese communications company Softbank Corp, which intends to invest in Social Media, Gaming and e-commerce, has started its first venture, Musstbuy.com, reports Pluggd.in, although the report doesn't cite any sources. Musstbuy.com does not make a mention of BSB anywhere, but it mentions Y2CF Digital Media Private Limited as the company behind the venture, and a domain points towards Md. Imthiaz as the person who registered the domain. Imthiaz was previously the head of Value Added Services at Bharti Airtel. On being contacted by MediaNama about any investment in the business from BSB, Imthiaz declined to comment. Musstbuy.com offers daily deals and offers based on the user's location, and is supposedly live on Airtel's network, according to its website. It also has some kind of check-ins, wherein users get rewarded for checking into certain locations through a USSD based menu on the Airtel network. However, the site does not discuss check-ins and rewards in detail. Also, as per the site's FAQs, the service is available only in Mumbai and Bengaluru at the moment, though the site offers deals in Delhi-NCR, Jaipur, Kolkata and Pune, in addition to the two cities. We tried accessing the USSD menu by dialing *566*5# from an Airtel number in Delhi but the service was unable to determine our location. The deals offered include the usual suspects: Spas, Tattoo Parlors, Hookah Joints, Restaurants, Dental clinics, car wash providers and others. The site does have an interesting way to classify deals…
