August 2011: Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), which manages the online rail ticketing for the Indian Railways, and is probably the largest e-commerce player in the Indian market. It reported around 13.2 Million transactions, of which almost 75.93% were successful. Coming off the summer vacation months, the number of ticketing transactions declined by 1.72% month on month.

SBI Debit Card: Accounted for 12.32 % of total transactions, and 10.37% of total successful transactions

ICICI Payment Gateway: Accounted for 9.65% of total transactions, and 9.41% of total successful transactions

Citibank: 5.07% of total transactions, 4.61% of total successful transactions, and a 69.05% success rate

HDFC: 6.08% of total transactions, 5.69% of total successful transactions, and a 71.00% success rate

Itz Cash Card: 5.79% of total transactions, 6.93% of total successful transactions, and a 90.91% success rate.
I Cash Card: 2.89 % of total transactions, 3.47% of total successful transactions, and a 91.18 % success rate.
Oxicash: 0.11% of total transactions, 0.10% of total successful transactions, and a 68.62 % success rate.
