Among CDMA mobile customers in India, Assam has the highest Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) of Rs 290, followed by Jammu and Kashmir. Except for North East, Assam and Jammu and Kashmir circles, all the other circles witnessed a decline in their CDMA ARPU, although these are circles with, typically, a low subscriber base. From December 2009 to March 2011, Jammu and Kashmir registered a CDMA ARPU growth rate of 122.22% - the maximum for any circle. Some observations from March 2011: - Maharashtra and Haryana have an CDMA ARPU of Rs 55. - Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh have an CDMA ARPU of Rs 75. - Haryana has the lowest CDMA ARPU with Rs 55.
