Tulip Appoints Sanjay Jain As CEO Enterprise data connectivity company Tulip Telecom hasappointed Sanjay Jain as its CEO. Prior to his appointment, Jain had served as the CFO at Tulip for almost a year. Jain has 16 years of experience, and has held senior leadership positions with responsibilities across Global Strategy, M&A, cross boder-acquisitions and integration, global ERP rollouts etc across various jurisdictions. Kalra was with Tech Mahindra for six years. Vineet Nayyar, VC & Managing Director of the company will take over the operational responsibilities as CEO of Tech Mahindra. Nayyar was CEO of Tech Mahindra until last year, when Kalra was appointed CEO. Kalra will leave the company on September 15th 2010. According to Business Standard, Tech Mahindra will be merged with Mahindra Satyam by 2011. [BSE]
