In its second day, the Initial Public Offering from IntraSoft Technologies, which operates 123greetings.com, has been subscribed 1.15 times. Foreign Institutional Investors have kept the pace going with a subscription of 3.12 million shares, but still no luck with domestic financial institutions and mutual funds. Shares allotted to the QIBs have been subscribed 1.69 times. Today is the last day of the initial offering. Non-Institutional investors have oversubscribed their allotted number of shares by 1.22 times as compared to 0.72 times the first day. Corporates have bid for 559,280 shares and individuals besides retail individual investors have bid for 116,920 shares. For the second day running there is only lukewarm response from retail individual investors who have only taken up 35.16 percent of the total 1.295 million shares allotted.
