Its a great news for us. Chrome OS will certainly outperform the market.
I doubt YouTube will ever make money but marketing wise for Google, it’s worth its weight in gold in my opinion.

Sony, I've noticed that they tend to run advertisements only around Publisher channel content, not around user generated content. So not sure if that's an issue.

Wondering how many of those billions of videos being monetized would have a copyright issue!!! The fantastic 'clause' (read 'loop hole') in Digital Millennium Act would have happened after pretty much a lot of lobbying i guess!
