if am not mistaken, when i had used sabse bolo sometime back, they also had some fax to pdf and pdf to fax service integrated with them. am not too sure, if voice telephony is the only way they would want to go in terms of acquisitions.

Himanshu, there are key inputs missing from the deal, so one cant say whether it was a big acquisition or not. We don't know if it was a 100% acquisition, whether the founders are staying on, how much the company was valued at, what was their debt situation, if at all, their cashflow situation. Unless we know the terms of the deal, there's no way of telling whether this was a distress sale or not.

Wow! Seems like a big acquisition.
I had used sabse bolo sometime back. A conference using local numbers is a useful service indeed.
