Medianama has learned from reliable sources that Manish Agarwal, currently Marketing Director at Microsoft India's Developer and Platform Evangelism (DPE) division, is being hired as Chief Operating Officer Chief Executive Officer at UTV New Media. He has neither confirmed nor denied the development. Speculation has been rife that Agarwal will be replacing TN Prabhu, the current CEO of UTV New Media. When we contacted TN Prabhu, he declined to comment. Agarwal worked as VP, Marketing at Rediff for two years before moving to MSN, where he has been employed for a little over a year.
