Well, this is what Cellcast had claimed. They had sent a note to service providers, so I wonder what's going on. Will mail and ask for an update.

What would be the arrangement for the content being used in sms + voice cricket packs being largely powered by Onmobile. What if they decide to put a delay of 8 minutes on sms delivery or voice updates??

very interesting to note this 8 minute funda. who decided 8 minutes? I looked up the case pertaining to SMS cricket updates which a company called Marksman put in 2005 and there is no indication of any exact time frame for what is the 'Hot News ' concept.
