DigiToons Doodlewala MediaNama

We’re pleased to announce the launch of DigiToons, a weekly series at MediaNama, which looks at the lighter side of Digital and Media. DigiToons has been created by Sushil Bhasin, a Delhi based cartoonist, or as he calls himself, a compulsive doodler.

Sushil’s brand of humour is relatable, quirky and funny – with very Indian situations that you may have been a part of. He specializes in business and social cartoons, and loves drawing cows and men with confused looks!

While his work has been published in various newspapers, books, E-zines, ad campaigns etc, he draws on pebbles as well!  Check out ‘Sushil on the Rocks‘ and his work at www.doodlewala.com.

In case you have a funny situation we can incorporate into a cartoon, do get in touch at nikhil AT medianama DOT com. Oh, and the above DigiToon is based on a true story. :)

This is great, I have seen some of this artists work and it is really good, funny and a refreshing change to some of the other stuff around. He probably is the only artist who draws on pebbles, I checked on google :). Would love to meet this guy as well. I believe he has his work on pebbles displayed in a gallery in Delhi as well, please share if you know where it is…
